General Information
This TOS constitutes the entire agreement, governed by Tennessee law. Disputes shall be filed in Davidson County, TN courts. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. Claims must be filed within 5 years of arising.
Choice of Law and Forum
The TOS and relationship between parties are governed by the laws of Tennessee. All disputes shall be filed in Davidson County, TN courts or the U.S. District Court in Tennessee.
Waiver and Severability of Terms
Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute waiver. If any provision is found invalid, other provisions remain in full effect.
Statute of Limitations
All claims or actions arising out of use of Services or TOS must be filed within 5 years or are forever barred.
